The Stamping Queen July ATC's

Last week I received my first stamp from The Stamping Queen. Did you know, if you purchase anything from the store this month, you can go in the draw to win not only these 4 ATC's, but the other 8 from the Design Team as well?

This month we are featuring stamps from Catslife Press, and the one I am featuring is called Two Dolls Film Strip.

Here are my first two ATC's, called Her Way and His Way:

I have used a load of Distress Inks on these (stormy sky, chipped sapphire, crushed olive, forest moss, walnut stain, antique linen, tea dye, and fired brick on the dress). I used the two heads, and the bodies as guides to create outfits for my dolls. The cardstock is mostly scrap cardstock and papers, some have been run through Tim Holtz embossing folders. A bit of trim here and there, and the lettering on the signs are Carolees Creations alphas. I used a Tim Holtz flourish stamp to add definition to the sky and script for the grassy knoll.

My third ATC is called Chick Flick:

The background is stamped with Tim Holtz lost & found and urban grunge images, and distressed inked in spun sugar, victorian velvet and walnut stain. The embossed film strip is distress inked in vintage photo, with the Cats Life Two Dolls stamped as part of the film strip. The girl doll is embossed and raised on a flower to highlight the chick flick theme. The title alphas are from Sam & Lucy.

The fourth ATC is called Hangin' Around:

Scrap cardstock again, distressed with broken china and stormy sky inks. The doll heads are inked in shabby shutters distress ink. Sam & Lucy alpha stickers again, using a circle as a template for their placement. Some ribbon and the green thread is Anchor Marlitt #1011 - it has quite a sheen while still being very soft.

Why not pop on over to The Stamping Queen and see if you can't find something there you'd like to have in your stash?

Thanks for stopping by :)
