Here is another catching up Gothic Arch - the theme for this one is hands.
The arch is white bazzill cardstock, distress inked in antique linen, brushed corduroy, vintage photo, and stamped with Tim Holtz 'music score' in black archival ink. The hand (Cherry Pie 'writing hand' was stamped in brushed corduroy and clear embossed on scrap cardstock, and lightly coloured with antique linen and brushed corduroy. I also stamped the pen on scrap in black soot and clear embosed it, and coloured it with pumice stone and black soot.
I cut out the hand, and cut carefully alongside the fingers that were over the top of the pen. I cut out the coloured pen and adhered it over the other image, but under the cut out fingers - so it actually appears as if the pen is being held. The alphas are DD All Occasions in vintage photo, edged in brushed corduroy, and mounted on black cardstock scrap. Finally, the arch is edged in black soot, with a fine black marker border.
