The Play Date Cafe - PDCC54 and a giveaway!!

I love the combination of colours for this weeks Play Date Cafe colour challenge - stucco orange, celery and white.

I have knitted some flowers in the correct colours using different cottons. The matchbox has been painted and covered with Kaiser papers which have been decorated with paint (acrylic), inks (distress inks), stamps (Hero Arts and Maya Road), lace and glitter (AED).

Now what good is a decorated matchbox if there is nothing inside it??!! If you stopped by my blog yesterday, you would know that I am celebrating reaching 100 posts. You can win this matchbox (this is not the smallest size available, but the next one up) choc full of delicious suprises :)

All you need to do is leave me a comment on this post saying you want to win. You don't have to blog about it, you don't have to become a follower - I'm just doing it for the fun of it. I am prepared to post world wide. The draw will remain open until 10pm Sydney Australia Daylight Savings Time on Sunday 21st November, 2010. I will announce the winner on Monday 22nd November. I will be having another giveaway tomorrow if you'd like to come back for a look see ;)

This giveaway is now CLOSED :) Thank you for entering.

I loved the flowers as soon as I saw your linky pic but then when I discovered it was a matchbox I thought - how fab! I can just imagine this sitting beautifully on the side, asking to be picked up and admired. So can you get 100 little things in it to celebrate your 100 followers ? (sorry, that's the teacher in me coming out!)
So glad you chose the play date cafe colours to celebrate, well done on your 100 followers and thanks for playing in the cafe with us :)

Congratulations on reaching 100 posts!! That's a good milestone to reach. Those flowers are darling - and even more special since you did them yourself. I would be honoured to win such a lovely matchbox, as I am sure anyone would be. It is beautiful.

Great flowers! I love crocheted flowers, my mom makes some for me every year to use on my projects. But then I never do because they are so pretty...lol Lovely card!

What a great project! I wish I could knit like that! Instead of learning though, I choose to admire those who can! Super creative! Thanks for playing along with us at the Play Date Cafe!
