The Play Date Cafe - PDCC58

Hi Everyone!

I'm back with the Play Date Cafe Colour Challenge of Red and White! I have made a post it note holder to send off to a special lady in the post for Christmas, so the colours were perfect this week.

I have used thick chipboard for the front and back covers which I painted with red acrylic paint. I heat set the paint with a heat tool to get some lumps and bumps on the matte finish. The white layer is bazzill cardstock embossed with AED hot set powder, and finished with AED white fizz glitter using Darkroom Door background floral stamp.

**This made it to Cream in Our Coffee at PDCC!**
The flower is red felt, die cut using Paper Artsy floral die. One has been blanket stitched, and the top one has been gathered to create a dimensional flower, using DMC white thread. A few beads for the flower centre, and a little bit of lace finished the cover off.

Thanks for stopping by!
